The Carnegie Memorial Swimming Pool redevelopment is an important project for the community. This will assist Council to cater for the all-year-round demand for aquatic and leisure facilities by providing:

• • • • • – Heated outdoor 50-metre pool and outdoor water play area;
        • – Separate diving pool, spectator areas, including lawn areas, barbecues and shaded seating;
        • – An indoor warm water program pool and 25-metre learn-to-swim pool, club/squad rooms;
        • – Accessible change facilities, including changing places and group change rooms;
        • – Indoor fitness room;
        • – Indoor multipurpose program/community meeting room and health consulting;
        • – A cafe/social space; and reconfigured carpark to respond to Council’s car parking requirements.
