Anam Cara House provides the Geelong community with residential respite, supporting people who care for chronically ill loved ones at home. The new hospice in Geelong will supplement current services by providing 24-hour palliative care to people of all ages who have a chronic or terminal illness. Space planning provides for specialised care in a home-like environment, cancer caring centre, a 45-bed residential service as well as a day hospice and short-term overnight respite facilities.
